Yes — most of our families do exactly this. You can be the point of contact for billing and updates while the calls go directly to your parent, at a time that suits them.
How are companions selected?
Every companion goes through a background check, a structured interview, and a listening-focused training program before their first call. Families are matched based on language, interests, and schedule.
Is this a substitute for medical or mental health care?
